TRINA GULLIVER TO LAUNCH HER AUTOBIOGRAPHY

‘GOLDEN GIRL’ AT LAKESIDE 2008

 TRINA GULLIVER, the seven times and reigning Lakeside Women’s World Professional Darts Champion, will launch her autobiography ‘GOLDEN GIRL’ at Lakeside Country Club next January, to coincide with her eighth defence of the most famous title in Women’s World Darts.

 It is the story of a unique woman who has enjoyed an equally unique sporting career, and tells how she has dedicated her life to the sport of darts and achieved success against all the odds by enjoying success in a predominantly man's world - both in terms of her original trade as a skilled carpenter and joiner and in darts.

“I have written the book with darts historian Patrick Chaplin and I’m very proud of the finished product”, says Trina. “It covers just about everything in my life – warts and all – and obviously the Lakeside Women’s World Professional Championship has played an important part in my life.”
